Tim Hortons - Yorkton

Always enjoy my morning coffee from here. pleasant workers, and always consistent and a fresh cup coffee. you can sometimes be frustrating, but that's a tim for yah.

Not sure what was up at the East end Tim Hortons in Yorkton recently. Met my wife for coffee at 7:15AM. Ordered 2 coffee, I mentioned twice that I wanted 1/2 hot water in it, then when it was handed to me, I asked again about the hot water, and they took it away. Brought it back, we sat down, I took 1 sip and couldn't drink it. It tasted like it had been made last week, and left on the burner for hours. If it had 1/2 hot water like I asked, I can't imagine how strong it was before the water was/if added. My wife also indicated her 2cream/1 sugar coffee also tasted off.

Pretty rare that they get the order right at this location. They also allow the drive-thru lineup to flow onto the street. This causes traffic issues. With a couple of signs It would be very simple for them to have the lineup go through their parking lot.

More attention to the instore line up would be great as service is slow due to concentration on drive through business.

Need to get more staff. Help keep place inside and washroom tidy . Took few extra minutes for simple order as they should have more than 5 working store
