Nestled in the parking lot of Jefferson Mall is a hidden gem of a food truck. If you’re a fan of gooey melted cheese enveloped in the comforting embrace of toasted bread or hearty quesadillas, you owe it to yourself to pay a visit. This place is especially great for families with children! The "pay what you think is fair" pricing is an intriguing idea, but the dishes are genuinely worth a few dollars more than whatever amount you might consider.

Lyle often shares entertaining stories from his life, which adds another wonderful dimension to the experience. He has a real knack for connecting with people, and even though I'm usually an introvert, I often find myself lingering longer than I intended, completely forgetting that I ordered food! This restaurant will always hold a special place in my heart, and I highly recommend it to everyone. Everyone we've sent here has nothing but great things to say. Today was my first time trying this food truck, and it was AMAZING! The BBQ chicken mac and cheese combo grilled cheese is my favorite! Plus, the owner is incredibly friendly, humble, and attentive to customers.

Ultimately, this place had to check for over a year after hearing great things! I work in the area once a week, but never had the opportunity to stop by; AMAZING grilled cheese. Not only does he cook them super fast, but they? re absolutely delicious and there are so many options to choose from. My husband has half? (half bbq chix/half chili) was I torn between? the evil? (Mac cheese gc) and chili grilled cheese. I went with the Mac cheese of grilled cheese. Honestly, I would have been there an hour to decide. The owner made us a chili grilled cheese at no cost, as it was our first time there I was able to decide between the two! The owner is as nice and as generous as he runs his business. We've never seen anyone treating a business like him. It almost moved me to tears to see that there are people like these in the world. Would highly recommend ANY EVERYONE.

How can you not like this nice man? He's the Willy Wonka of grilled cheese sandwiches! Now I don't have enough time to write out a full review of this food truck just outside the South entrance of the JV mall. But all I have to say is that sometimes (we were there two Saturdays ago) he has a Pay As You Want system. But the actual prices are reasonable anyway, most between $5-$8. Man who runs this food truck has the rare quality that makes you happy to give him your money. But lemme get into the food. From memory you got about 15 variations on grilled cheese sandwiches some in two sizes?everything from classic American grilled cheese to Brie filled to lobster to jerk chicken to Mac and cheese all on a nicer and a bit bigger than Wonder Bread slices of bread in the larger suse. You also get the equivalent of a bag of chips on the side and can get a can of soda/bottled water or add a Tomato Soup for extra. Anyway, get on line, be ready for small talk you sense this sandwich man actuals cares to hear about, and be happy you gave him your $7. Go here for lunch.
