Eating is always good and the customer service is always great? alicia at the window is wonderful

This place is nasty. Chicken was saturated in what tasted like week old grease and the hush puppies and fries were cold. Threw the food out.

The staff was so friendly. Actually showed they wanted to be there and make the customer happy. Our location closed because of not enough foot traffic. That's because the staff at that was horrible. This location on Belmont Avenue really make you feel welcomed. Great management great staff. Will be back.

Staff is very friendly! There is a woman who works there and who I've seen at her other jobs and no matter which job she's working she makes all of her customers feel important and she does so with a smile. It is rare to find this in customer service anymore.

This place needs shut down! The workers have a $2 work ethic and I found out after I ate my meal the employees don 't use gloves for food handling because it 's a health hazard . Disgusted! I came back after not visiting for a while in hope that they improved, but I came to find it to be quite the opposite. The food is still so greasy that I now feel like I have a permanent layer of grease to me. Not to mention WAYYYY overpriced!
