I am here what seems to be every weekend this season and they never disappoint. The crawfish are perfect, the prices get better every week it seems and the service is always simply nothing but amazing. Can't wait to go back on Sunday.
TLDR; DO NOT VISIT. Kelly, the owner, is a coward and terrible business owner and will not offer to make anything right when her employees make a wrong. You could be eating someone 's returned food.Visiting from out of town and REALLY wanted shrimp. My friend suggested this place because she 's been many times. I was working late on a work call, so my friend went to the restaurant to order and pick up the food. She placed 2 separate orders with Jammie 1 order for 3 lbs of SHRIMP and a separate order for 3 lbs of CRAWFISH 1/2 lb SHRIMP. I opened the bags to check on our orders to start eating and realized they gave us the wrong order and Jammie actually rang up the 3 lbs of shrimp as 3 lbs of crawfish. When we realized the mistake, my friend called back to let them know the issue and headed back to the restaurant. She was first passed around to several different employees on the phone who never introduced themselves and each asked the issue several times. When it got to the last server to resolve the issue, my friend asked to speak to a manager who said the boss Kelly is standing right in front of me. So instead of getting on the phone to speak to my friend, Kelly continued to use the server to send a message to my friend. She said in order to get a refund and get the right food she ordered, we would need to bring back the crawfish THEY ALREADY GAVE US that I opened to start eating cause I thought it was shrimp. Kelly then proceeded to tell the server to ask us what discount we want and how we want them to make it right as if it was a negotiation. Rather than offer to fix it and make it right on her employees behalf for placing thr order incorrectly, she offered to give us 3 lbs of shrimp for the price of 2. We drove to the restaurant to get the correct order in the hopes they would actually make it right. When we arrived at the restaurant, Jammie was still at the window and knew exactly what we came back for cause she knew she messed up the order. Kelly still refused to confront the problem. When Kelly FINALLY came to the window and stopped playing telephone, she refused to make it right. When we finally decided this was absolutely absurd and we would no longer give them business, Kelly slammed the window in our face.Also Jammie stated they needed the wrong order of 3 lbs of crawfish they gave us so they could throw it away. Beware: you may be eating someone 's returned food.
