Chicken Shack - Ypsilanti

The service was excellent, but I had to wait nearly 25 minutes for a single order. I was also surprised by the small portion size of my $8.99 chicken bites. It seems like a high profit margin for a disappointing, mediocre food product from Shack.

I'm a huge fan of fried chicken, and I have to say this was the best I've ever tasted. It was incredibly crispy, flavorful, and not greasy at all—absolutely amazing! On top of that, when my order was mixed up, John, the manager, resolved the issue immediately. I will definitely be returning and sharing my experience with others!

Great place! This was my first time trying it, but I will definitely return. The restaurant was very clean, and the staff was helpful and friendly. My order took a bit longer than expected, so the manager kindly offered me a complimentary piece of BBQ chicken to try while I waited. A fantastic experience overall!

It was my first visit to a Chicken Shack, so I wasn't sure what to expect. The buns were soft and warm, which I appreciated. However, I found the Shack Fries unappealing. They’re more like a cross between potato wedges and steak fries, and I prefer my fries crispy and thin.
