Burger King - Yreka

Um... Its a Burger King? Exactly what you'd expect, the flavor's right, the employees are friendly. Kinda glad not to see an electronic order kiosk anywhere in the store!Pretty good spot.

I don't know what it is about Burger Kings stating the wrong hours of business, but this is the humpteenth time I've driven to one in California because it said it was open and it was CLOSED. Put up the right hours! It's not hard!

I came in at 850 pm with a gift card on my phone. The woman entered it in and then told me that I needed to go home and print it out which is far from the truth . The number of the gift card doesn't change. She pretty much told me that I had to leave because they were closing the lobby and I have to say that the customer service skills tonight were lacking. They weren't that busy . She could have tried the gift card number again and maybe put it in correctly but she didn't. So I said the hell with it and went to taco bell where they have good service. If this BK is to stay open than they need some excellent customer service people. A gift card is as good as cash and you try to help the customer not rush them out .

Isaac was the cashier up front his attitude was amazing the food was fresh and he had the biggest smile absolutely amazing when I'm traveling I will definitely make sure I come back here to order food again!!

No you don't talk to me like that lady at the drive thru I'm the customer not you. You respect the customer.
