The restaurant is super clean and very comfortable, with lots of natural light, fresh air and tastefully cute decor, although I always get picnic in Greenhorn Park. Everything is well packed and organized for me. Recently I treated myself to a horchata. All right! Refreshing, delicate taste and not too sweet. At first I discovered Josefinas through her mobile food trailer in Mount Shasta, opposite Berryvale Grocery. I was skeptical when the man who sold there claimed his wife had made the incredibly tasty Tamales!!! , but later I went to the restaurant he mentioned in Yreka, and in fact this is a family affair. Highest standards and a work of love. Can't recommend it enough. More than just food, you will feed your soul!
I had my fair share of tacos in the past, and these are definitely worth a tasting. The friendly staff was friendly enough to provide me five minutes before closing service. The two Tacos al Pastors were carefully packed and kept warm until the moment I ate them. It only took about two bites per taco, and according to the taste I made them more long. I will definitely come back to try another article in their menu. Well done.
Good place in a small town in the middle of nowhere. Al Pastor (marinated pork) is a good choice of meat. Burrito and Tamale were good from my experience. The Tamale were not dry, very juicy and good meat to Matza ratio. I would probably not add guacamole to Burrito the next time.
Tacos Vampira style. No mistake here. They're like soft tacos, but with a crispy tortilla. I can't wait to go back there. The Al Pastor was delicious, and the Carne Asada was even better! I ordered two, which was sufficient, but I really wish I had gotten three.
Absolutely the best tacos within a 100-mile radius! I am obsessed with the Vampiro tacos with Al Pastor— they're incredibly delicious. I'm so thankful to have authentic Mexican cuisine right here in Siskiyou. Thank you!
