The Purple Plum - Yreka

The owners are fantastic and genuinely passionate about delivering excellent service. This has become our go-to place along the I-5 corridor. We stopped here for breakfast this time, and the food and service were still outstanding.

This restaurant has noticeably improved since my last visit a year ago. I highly recommend trying the fries—they're incredible! You can really tell that they've started taking better care with their food. My grandpa loves this place, and I thoroughly enjoyed our meal this time around. A big thank you to the new owners for doing such a great job. The service has always been excellent too!

The service here was exceptional! Our daughter has celiac disease, and they prepared her meal using a gluten-free bun, which was fantastic! When we inquired about bringing our service dog, they simply asked if it had a vest, showing their understanding of family needs. The portions were generous, and everything tasted delicious! As every parent knows, kids can be unpredictable in restaurants, and they handled it all wonderfully when my son spilled his water. The place is accessible for those with disabilities, friendly for children, and accommodating for special diets. We’re definitely coming back!

I wish I could give this place six stars. I've been to dinner and breakfast several times and has always been happy. The food is delicious. The last time we were there, the owner was a bit wounded and she put together our meals because we had to wait 20 minutes. It's really not that bad to eat a whole table. Needless to say, the service is great, even if they make a small mistake, they own it.

Just happened to find this yummy place as we were driving through... you walk into a friendly atmosphere and a very clean restaurant... our server was Jeremy and he was very nice and accommodating...graciously finding us the best table for me and my service dog, Coco... Very healthy choices on their menu...I had a veggie wrap with tahini sauce...it was fresh and tasty... my husband had a burger the Western burger with bacon and barbecue sauce) he said it was the best burger he has ever eaten in his life..and he's 60 y/o. The fries were perfect.. They accommodated me with low salt fries too...so if one of you is a meat eater and the others a vegan/vegetarian, this is the perfect place for you. Great staff, healthy fresh food...5 STARS!!!
