Subway - Yucaipa

I believe individuals should not make excuses for the rude behavior of Vivian, the server with blond hair, at this restaurant. She consistently treats customers as if she is in a hurry to get them out, providing terrible customer service. I have visited several times and experienced the same disrespectful behavior from her each time. She either requires training on how to properly serve customers or should reconsider her choice of profession. I strongly believe that the quality of service can greatly impact the enjoyment of a meal. I spent over $40 on food that I could not even enjoy due to the abysmal service received.

I had an incredible customer service experience with Mayra at the restaurant. It had been a long time since I received such attentive service. Mayra warmly greeted me at the door and patiently helped me choose the toppings for my meatball grinder. She even recommended which vegetables would complement the sandwich perfectly. I never felt rushed and truly appreciated her suggestions. Thank you, Mayra! The sandwich was delicious and exactly what I was craving.

The woman found a different approach to serve me the sandwich.

Went to this subway at 730 pm and was told my total was 29$ and some cents. gave the blonde 29 dollars. (i know it was 29 because i counted it before i gave it to her and tells me i'm a dollar short so i say charge it to my card. and she proceeds to charge 10$ to my card after telling me i was only a dollar short. Once i notice it she tells she that i only gave her 19 dollars when i had at least 25$ dollars in cash that i handed her, (5-5$ and 4-1$ she did not try to do anything about it and continued to tell me she counted the money when i saw her count out five 5 dollar bills and a few one dollar bills. terrible service on that part. so if you want to be charged correctly don't go when the younger blonde chick is working because she'll over charge and then do nothing about it.

Sweet people who work here. They’re always nice to my mom and take her coupons so she always makes sure to keep coming in to get extra sandwiches for everyone at her work. Thank you for the nice customer service Yucaipa team!
