Írjon visszajelzéstI was in Yukon for a funeral, and after visiting Alfredo’s, I stopped by this restaurant with my two teenagers. It was late, and we wanted something light, so we decided to share a large plate of nachos. The waiter informed me that I had to pay a cover charge since I hadn’t ordered a full meal. Then he tried to pressure me into ordering extras, like guacamole. As a result, my bill jumped from $10 to $30. I felt frustrated and taken advantage of, so I canceled my order and just paid for the chips and salsa. They charged me $4.99 per person, which totaled $16—absolutely ridiculous! We hadn’t even touched the chips because they tasted bland and the salsa was just pureed tomatoes. It didn’t even deserve to be called Mexican food. The service was poor, and the food was terrible. Not even Garth Brooks could convince me to return. I later found out that some of my other relatives had also stopped by, and they said they wouldn’t be going back because the food was so bad. This restaurant’s management really needs to improve their customer service and perhaps bring in some Texan chefs who can show them how to make authentic Mexican food and proper salsa!
I would not recommend Alfredo to anyone. I waited exactly 25 minutes and a few seconds to receive my change for my order, while other customers received their orders, paid, and got their change in a timely manner. When I asked to speak with the manager, Alex, he was unhelpful and his only explanation was, "Well, we changed the staff." Since when is it acceptable for paying customers to suffer due to poor management? Absolutely terrible experience.
The food here is excellent and offers fantastic value. The homemade tortillas are a highlight, and the salsa is delicious, accompanied by authentic cheese sauce. The chips are perfectly crispy and delightful. It seems the restaurant has had different owners over time, but the quality of the food remains top-notch!
