Holy Smokes - Yuma

This place is hit or miss as far as the food goes. I usually find myself being disappointed with the brisket, which is a shame considering the prices. But what really sealed the deal for me was my wife's experience there today for lunch. She bit and swallowed some of a muffin before she noticed it was completely rotten all the way through. Mold on the outside and grey on the inside. She brought it to the staffs attention and they asked if she wanted another one. When people get served rotten food, they don't want more of your food. They want their money back and some sort of apology. You guy's are charging way too much for this type of food and service.

Wow I have had a hard time finding food I like in Yuma (from Texas, here for work) this was so so so good. Great experience, lovely lady helped me out turned me to the right plates. The food is just YUM. I will be going again for sure! I wish I posted photos but we ate it up, will do next time!

I had the Burn Out. The brisket was very good! Another of us had the Nacho Tower, which doesn't look like a tower, but was A LOT of food. The third person in our group had the Pig-Up Truck. The bacon jam sounds amazing ??

We catered for my work and the food was amazing! I hate meat fat but this was so good. The brisket meat just shreds to easy and melts in my mouth. The potato salad is to die for. Pulled pork is perfectly sauced. The chicken just tastes grilled. The corn bread was good. Honestly I’d tell everyone to come here. It’s expensive but worth the price. If you don’t think so then cook at home.
