Mcdonald's - Yuma

Great people working here, place is cool and very clean. I get my coffee here every morning.Parking: Parking is a bit complicated because there's not to much parking plus the drive thru interferes when trying to leave.

The chicken is so good that they gave me a discount for buying the chicken mc nugget bundle every time I go there

Dining at this restaurant was a bit disappointing due to the staff's focus on delivery orders and pick-ups. They seemed so caught up in those tasks that they neglected to acknowledge the customers dining in. It took about five minutes for them to recognize our presence, and then another five minutes for us to be acknowledged. However, the food was excellent. The staff just needs to focus more on all customers, not just those who are picking up orders.

The experience at this restaurant was awful. The tables were dirty, there were no towels, and the lack of hand sanitizer was concerning. The manager's attitude towards customer service was unfriendly, and unfortunately, this just adds to the list of issues. Overall, I would rate the service 1 out of 5.

I stopped for breakfast sandwiches on my way to California, and they were warm and delicious! The order was perfect, and the hash browns were hot and crispy, just the way I like them. Thanks for a great breakfast!
