La Cabana del Coronel - Zacatlán

The Colonel's Cottage, without a doubt, is one of my favorite restaurants, with typical and traditional dishes from Zacatlan, all prepared deliciously. In my opinion the food is great! Anything you order is very rich, I recommend the bean soup, the rabbit, the chicken, the tlatloyos and the roasted cheese, plus speed of service and good presentation, The host is very friendly. Local is medium and fills up fast so better book! Also, it is very well priced.
