Pizza Hut - Zachary

They're really stepped it up the last 3 or 4 visits. Pizza was hot fresh and ready to go.

Picked up an order on my way home from work. Big Box Deal. Fixed up some plates for the family and we started watching TV, talking, and eating. During the first commercial something said to look down. I saw a bright red color in the middle of my second to last wing. Called the store and got transferred 5 times before I got a lady who told me I needed to bring all the wings back for them to do something. The wings were pretty much gone except the two in the photo and I'm not about to drive back and waste my gas for a problem that could have been solved by you cooking your food properly.

Haven’t been in a while because of past experiences but did recently because I had a very big order and the manager was willing to take my order in very very short notice. The new manager was very sweet and courteous and the epitome of professionalism. My order was a tad behind but like I said it was a large order 20 plus pizzas with no prior notice. I would say to everyone give them a second chance because they new staff is great. Keep in mind the young ladies in there are working hard and probably for less than they deserve. I watched the young lady cutting and boxing pizzas go non stop one after the other. I think we forget in our get it now society how things use to be when we were growing up in the 80s and 90s we certainly had more patience and treated people with more respect and understanding. My pizza was delicious, all 20 plus and I didn’t hear one complaint about the quality while my large group devoured them. So thanks Pizza Hut in Zachary for taking care of us last week on such short notice and feeding us. I’d give you 10 stars if I could. ??

One of three pizzas was not as ordered. My fault for thinking they are always right.

I wouldn't even give them a 1 star but it wouldn't allow anything else. The order placed was not even close to what I received then when I called the employee would not even listen. This place should either be shut down or completely restaffed with competent
