Steak 'n Shake - Zanesville

For the first time ever since the pandemic. It was surprised to see everything changed. It always enjoyed eating there. I was disappointed that I serve. As an older and disabled costumer, it is not easy to do. I didn't decide when I came back. The food was as good as ever. Sorry, all I was there was empty except two tables all the time. Remember when it was always full with customers like me who enjoyed the atmosphere and the staff always made us welcome.

It's a steak n shake. Food was good for the price. The service was a little slow, but I think that their journey through was very busy at the time. The bathrooms were clean enough.

Was very excited to hear that they had reopened the dinner room after they were closed for 2 years due to Covid. They modernized the order to kiosks. You order and sit. You call your order number and pick it up. The food was just as good as I remember. The prices seemed to have risen, but that makes sense because I haven't been there for two years. Great food and great service!

Try the Royale! Food is great, but service is not! The staff was a bit rude when I told them I was there to pick up an online order. The lady shroff and told me to look among the other orders and find out what I was. also, the pull-out bag was ridiculously fat

The service is really disappointing! It took 40 minutes to get a burger, chicken tenders, and two orders of fries. To make matters worse, I found a hair on my fries! The milkshakes take an eternity to arrive and aren’t even that great. If you're craving a milkshake or ice cream, I would recommend going to Dairy Queen or a local shop instead. The food can be good, but it's inconsistent; it feels like a game of chance. Orders often get messed up, and staff frequently seem unproductive. They really need to step up their game!
