Hi! Brussels Arrival Hall - Zaventem

Not to get a fries at 8:30, but dry, hard to get heated croque monsieur. Shame ripoff.

The staff is vey unpolite. The guy that tooked our orders acted like if he was doing a favor serving us. Not the best first impression when you arrive to a new country.

Leer uw volk bier tappen. Ze kennen er niks van. Learn your staff how to pour a beer. When I pay almost 5 euro for a beer I want it to be close to perfect. One word. TAPCURSUS

Incompetent staff creating a health risk! I ordered a hot dog with Mayo and mustard and no ketchup because I’m allergic to tomatoes and received with ketchup. Refused the ordered and repeated that I was allergic to Kymia and she returned with same hotdog with ketchup wiped, but still on and I was told it would cost extra for a hot dog without ketchup and Mayo instead! Why would a restaurant punish and upcharge patrons for allergies and try and give them food that they are allergic to?!?
