Burger King - Zebulon

We tried Burger King three times, and unfortunately, each visit was disappointing. On our first visit, we waited 20 minutes for just two shakes. The second time, they gave us the wrong sandwich. Today, they completely forgot one of our sandwiches. When I walked in to ask about it, I waited 10 minutes without receiving a replacement. Meanwhile, an employee who ordered food was served right away, even before two gentlemen who had ordered before I arrived. She was in the middle of her order when I entered. It's frustrating that she was prioritized over paying customers, and no one seemed to care about my simple request for one burger. The service was very slow, and there was no effort to provide a good experience. I cannot recommend this place!

Be sure to inspect your food before you eat! Additionally, the service is terrible, and the staff is quite rude.

This fast food restaurant is worth visiting, but be prepared for long wait times. The service isn't particularly quick, even though they offer some of the best prices in the industry. Depending on when you go, you might find yourself waiting behind ten or more cars in the drive-thru. If you decide to go inside, you'll likely wait even longer, as they prioritize the drive-thru orders. I've experienced many occasions where they've claimed the ice cream machine is out of order, only to discover they simply haven’t refilled it. Some managers allow staff to refill the ice cream machine, but once it's empty, they often say it’s broken instead of replenishing it. This can be quite disappointing for customers hoping for a sweet treat!

There is obviously a lack of workers. I sat in the drive through for nearly twenty minutes. The employee that helped me at the drive thru never spoke to me at the window other than to tell my total. Four other cars had been made to pull up or pull into parking spaces. I waiting patiently because I knew they were under staffed. I finally got my order. When I get to work and open the burger, I find it's the wrong order and it's undercooked. Money down the drain. I will not return to this store until I hear from others that they've made some changes.

I was the only customer at the time, I made an order and the guy mumbled something under his breath. I said excuse me, I didn?t hear you, he said I don?t like to repeat myself but did you want the regular chicken sandwich. He was rude and the sandwiches were undercooked. I won?t be back. Something needs to be done.
