Two employees were busy placing new muffins in the display cases just a couple of feet away from us, yet they didn’t acknowledge us at all. After a wait, a young man from the drive-thru finally came over to take our order. Once the muffins were in the case and the plastic wrap was disposed of (these muffins are not from a bakery), one of the girls completed our order. She directed us to the end of the counter, indicating that our drinks would be there. There was no thank you from anyone during the entire interaction.
If you frequently run out of vegan cheese, then you shouldn't charge full price. This isn't just about this location; it's an issue across all Biggby's. I've changed my review to one star after seeing how the owner responds here. I won’t be returning to this location again.
I've always waited at least 20 minutes for my food here.
This is the first time I went inside to order a coffee and it was a full half hour between standing in line and waiting for our drinks. I was shocked at the total disregard for the customers inside, the baristas were clearly focused on getting orders to the drive through. All three people behind the counter were in drive thru mode and not serving anyone at the counter. It was a hot mess with orders messed up. I had one barista ask me if my drink was hot or iced. I told him iced and waited another 15 minutes for him to come back and ask me what I was still waiting for. Like the rest of my order, thanks. He mistakenly gave it to someone in the drive through. I won’t be back just because of the insane wait time and clueless baristas.
