We drove and stayed to lunch, we chose the meal of the day, excellent worth: local charcuterie, sanglier and desert. everything was excellent, the personal was helpful and we even bought a laundry to bring home. a great place to stop the. real corsica and try.

The hotel is located in the wooded centre of Corsica with magnificent views and walks in the surroundings. I have often visited this restaurant. it has a huge wood-fired pizza oven (also only) the calzone is my favorite. it has a series of local specialities, including. the famous Corsican-Agenie-Basketerie and does superb entrecôte steaks. good Corsican weeping and spirituous. it takes only plastic in the high season, so that they need euro or a scarce from a French bank account. the opening times are limited by season (okt to apr).

Good honest local kitchen, nice and attentive staff in a remote village alta rocca. a favorite of cyclists and tourists.

It is before attacking the plateau of the coscione, that we have made this gourmet stop in a very friendly atmosphere!!!! to start the warm welcome of the boss and his p'tite family .... a local man, smiling, open, communicating and very good advice! their family cuisine made with very fresh products, all homemade: tasty corsican charcuterie! Mixed vegetable salads! pistou pasta! dish of the day with calf meatballs and spaghetti! Everything is very good quality! If you stop there, don't hesitate to make a little tour on the top of the restaurant: you will find on sale a variety of local products: honey, all kinds of jams, canestrellis, charcuterie, a beautiful cellar .... in short we will keep an excellent souvenir of this very cozy and charming place!!! we'll be back next year, let's say it!!!

We stopped by chance returning from a little trip in the middle of heat we were very well welcomed simple fresh and very affordable dishes a Neapolitan pizza two burgers and a tiramisu later we are delighted! Don't hesitate to go!
