We have eaten Abelardo’s food for more than 15 years. And he is one of the nicest restaurant owners in town. Consistently delicious, fresh seafood. Last night the Mahi-Mahi had 5 different choices of the preparation or sauce, as usual. The non-seafood dinners we have had have also been very good. One of our favorites. Highly recommended. His new location is in the same neighborhood as Lety’s and Salvadors.
Went there with 8 people and the food was spectacular !! we all had the fresh Fish with the exception of one who had grilled shrimp . The Mahi Mahi was cooked to perfection and they offer a few of of the owners homemade sauces to accompany the fish . All excellent just ask and they will explain the choices .All food was very fresh !! salads and vegetable's alike . the owner is a super nice guy who also fishes in the off season so who better to prepare and select fresh fish !! Its a very small place about 6 or 7 tables Its right across from the Taxi stand as you walk towards to Kyoto circle By Calle Adellita !!
We are always greeted like friends who happen to be dropping by for dinner. The management and staff are gracious and accommodating. They will even prepare special requests from past menus when they have the ingredients available. Portions are more than adequate. The food is very good and the dishes are nicely presented. Is the perfect place for family dinners out, for a good meal at a very reasonable price.
Last year we had dinner (they only serve evenings), and had a good meal. So, this year we had dinner there twice. The fish and shrimp are excellent. The sides, of rice and vegetables we superb, as was the Margarita. I would highly recommend trying it, and you may even wish to top off the meal with their Coconut or Key Lime pie - both excellent.
