Exceptional management becomes evident in certain situations. After I picked up pizzas for my family one day, I realized at home that one of the pizzas was wrong. After calling by phone, the restaurant manager offered immediate replacement or a free pizza for my next order I went for the latter, so, 2 weeks later, I ordered again without the offer for a free pizza. When picking up my pizzas, I got a pizza for free again without comments from my site and, when the restaurant leaves, the restaurant manager personally met me briefly to say again, sorry for the inconvenience. I didn't expect such a good answer, so I'm impressed. Besides, the pizzas are absolutely great!

Great restaurant is located 10 meters from the top of Zurich. The restaurant is amazing, the food is very well cooked and the staff is friendly. The garlic pizza I had was excellent. It was really good. Always nice to come back here. Highly obliged.

Il Faro is a family comfort food restaurant when you want a generously sized hearty meal. Rustique country food inspired Italian type food and very good ice creams

Good food,fast service and good ambience. Always love to come back and pizza never fails me. Good Portion too .Highly recommend.

It is one of the few restaurants where I have been able to be seated without a reservation. A no-nonsense, very friendly and accomodating atmosphere. Service and food are very good. Reasonable prices too.
