in terms of franchise, this is not bad, nice food, common food, good place to go with family. Not expensive

Their signature mixing icecream is good , they hv special flavor like banana, green tea, sweet cream, not too many but ice cream is good

2019.05 noisy cozy diner. Price reasonable. Similar to IHOP. Probably they are busy, my egg Benny bacon is too dry, egg is over cooked. Belgian Waffle and homemade corn beef is great. Their signature tovább...

2017 soup quality went down a bit..fried fish still the best. 2016..not a crowed place.....i like their 3 color onion soup....sit in or to go...fried fish fillet are freshy.

2021.04 big portion. Taste ok. Earth friendly food tray. Quesadilla is really good. I ordered rice. A bit watery, believe that is is salsa. Rice is too much water.
