Bj's Ice Cream Parlor - Albany

If you want ice cream the way ice cream ought to be, a hand made shake from real ice cream, with cheery service and a nearly unlimited selection, BJ's is the place to go. It might cost you a little more than some machine-made soupy mix, but the quality and service at BJ's is worth it. Try it, and you won't go anywhere else in Albany for ice cream or ice cream creations.

A nice local ice creamery. Similar to Baskin Robbins and the like, but honestly better. There were more flavors, some unique ones too. The actual taste and texture was superb. Really the only flaw is location, it's a little hard to get into, and a little hard to leave. Other than that, it was great. Everyone should try BJ's.

The scoop size is so small! I feel ripped off. Not worth the money

The banana split was awesome! I got vanilla, chocolate, and strawberry ice cream, chocolate, marshmallow, and strawberry topping,whipped cream, cherries (No nuts. Scrumptious!!

This place is like a Baskin-Robbins on steroids! Everything from the crazy flavors like Butter Brickle to your basics like peanut butter chocolate! You can get something simple like a scoop in a cup to 6 scoops in a waffle bowl. Great selection customer service was top notch patient with us! She deserves a raise!
