The Fountain - Albany

Great local pub, with fantastic food. Cannot say enough good things about the pizza and wings. Entrees are great too, and the garlic bread is not to be missed!

I had a great lunch yesterday with my brother. I haven?t been to the fountain in many many years. Very comfortable place and nice atmosphere. I met the owner and she was super nice. I would definitely go again.

I had a wonderful night with my family the other night. Wings and mozzarella sticks were amazing. Fries were good (I didn?t like that they put cheesy sauce on the fries, but okay? Appetizers were overall good. Thrilled they had Southern Tier PumkingImperial Pumpkin Ale (Nom nom nom! The only thing I was disappointed with is the pizza. Personally, I am more of athin/hand-tossed pizza gal. The pizza was good, and I?m not much of a fan of the thicker pizza crust. Toppings were deliciousthough. I?d recommend you eat all of the pizza while it?s fresh. When I microwaved the leftover pizza, it was a little moistyand floppy. It?s still ranked the best pizza in Albany, so don?t let my words stop you from trying! ????

We often drive to lake George and right past Albany but this time we were getting kind of hungry and decided to stop through Albany to pick up a late dinner. We were not disappointed. We dined outside, they were fine with our dog hanging out at ourtable. The food was very good... Wings were tasty cooked crisp. The French onion soup was excellent, antipasto and grilledchicken salad very fresh and tasty with a fabulous vinaigrette.

Very good meal,they work hard to please their customers.
