Panda Express - Albany

The service was incredibly shottig and there was a huge hair in my food as soon as I opened my tray. Will never return.

I usually don?t write bad reviews I hate doing that to a business but I was too hungry to be nice. We asked for all 3 bigger plates to have fresh orange chicken since we had to wait. I waited 15-20 mins for the fresh orange chicken to be done. No biggy, I don?t mind waiting for fresh food but was very disappointed when the other two plates had fresh orange chicken and mine was cold and dried out. I learned my lesson, check the bag before you leave!

This place is nice, I've never been inside it so I don't know about that. They have a drive thru unlike the one in Corvallis. It's quick, cheap, and efficient.

As a Doordasher I really appreciate this crew. Fast. Friendly. Polite. I'd name the standouts but this is public and all. Everyone here is pretty dang stellar in my book. Restaurant usually clean. Fake Chinese food A+. What's not to love?

Absolutely horrible experience with the workers. Orders almost always missing something. This time was 4 orders of teriyaki chicken with no sauce, missing items from kids meal including drink and fruit and veggies! The worker interrupted me and was extremely rude and didn't even get my order correct, I had to make an additional purchase at the window because of this. Do not go here expecting nice people and correct orders. Shrimp was good though.
