Safari Cuisine - Ames

Superb. I had lamb, my wife had chicken. We had sambosas as an appetizer. There is this red sauce that comes with the sambosas that is lovely. Just enough heat to it to warm you up, not so much as to burn. My only complaint about the lamb is that the menu says that it's cubed and it came out on the bone. That is generally not my preference, but when the meat falls off the bone like this meal did, it's just fine that way. It was wonderfully spiced, also great with the red sauce. The chicken was very good, it resembled a lot of Mediterraneanfood, but with a bit different spice palate. They're going to get a lot of our business over the next few months.

Delicious food. What a fun place to eat and enjoy a new cuisine. Service was good for a just-opened place that was jam-packed. There was a party of 21 in an adjoining dining room.

Had a great experience. Both very friendly service and delicious food for a great price! I would recommend the Shaya (Fried lamb on rice) and for dessert try the Baklava! Very good! The gyro is amazing as well! We will definitely be coming back

Excellent food! I recommend to try (and share) the beef sambosas, they are delicious. I had the beef kofta kebab for the first time and WOW, it was so tasty. 10 out of 10.
