Really appreciate this place for a once in awhile treat. Friendly staff that is on point pretty much every time, and even if there's some mistake, it's a very smooth process fixing things up. I usually get a grounder and last time it was just quite a bit unlike what I'm used to, but it seemed like they may just be training someone new. I brought it up and they were nice and punctual with just doing a latte replacement. Very pleasant :

While the food was good and the service was friendly?..this isn?t a good place to go if you have a little one. I went this morning with my (almost) 1 year old and they didn?t have high chairs. It is always disheartening when a restaurant doesn?t consider how this can make families feel excluded from a venue when there are no accommodations considered for them. They do, however, want you to spend your money on toys and books inside the shop but they clearly don?t want you to stay and dine with little ones. Very odd.

Food is exceptional! Staff is kind and prompt! If you?re in the area, it?s worth stopping in.

I've gone here quite a bit. I loved it but there where times my order was completely wrong. I will not be back after this last time. One time they put cold cream in my hot espresso so when I received it out was cold. And gross. I was at the shop but just drank it because the wait is always so long. I chalked it up to a new person. Now we come to today. They gave me ice coffee with two shots of espresso. Not 4 shots over ice. Gross. And my husband ordered a hot latte with two extra shots and they gave him what I got, but with cream. This shop is slipping or they just don't want my business. Fastest way to lose me as a good customer. It's to waste my time and money. I don't have time in the mornings to wait another 20 minutes for them to fix my order. (Yes that is how long I waited). They were not very busy. I'm really sad. I really liked this place but having to throw away expensive coffee drinks sucks. I can't afford that. I freaky don't know who can. I won't risk it again.

This is a wonderful local small business! The owners and staff are attentive, friendly, honest, and truly focused on their customers. Today, we stopped by just for some cold drinks, but I've been a loyal customer for over ten years! The dinner salads are enormous, and the steak sandwich is my absolute favorite. The breakfast servings are generous, with plenty of options to choose from! I even bumped into a colleague who drove down from Malvern just to eat here, and she agreed it was well worth the trip! Keep in mind that their summer hours change when school is in session.
