Ms. Lisa is truly exceptional! She remembers our orders perfectly each time we visit. There's something special about the way she prepares everything—it just has a magical quality. We are really grateful for her kindness and her readiness to assist us with anything we need. She definitely deserves recognition (and a raise). Many of us have been dining at Substation for over 20 years because of her!

I’ve been visiting the Sub Station since 2010 and really appreciate the hometown vibe of their old location. However, the new restaurant feels more like a chain establishment. On a positive note, the subs are incredible! They offer daily specials and everything is fresh and clean. The service is fantastic as well. I also love the garage doors that open up for warmer weather. Great job, everyone!

I went to this place worried about some of the reviews that I read about the Manager Julianna. Let me tell you, the lady that served me was very nice and treated me sooooo professionally. I didn't know her name, so I asked, and she told me her name was Julianna. I was very up front with her about the reviews that I read online. She stated to me that the awful reviews that I read about her were from lazy employees that she fired. The food and service was awesome, and thank you so much Julianna. I will return with my entire family.

The salads are overpriced and small. The new owner has made cuts, and the quality is no longer as good as it used to be.
