Ihop - Bellmead

It was a slow day and it was raining when we visited this restaurant. Our waitress was very pleasant. I let her know what I wanted to order and she accurately brought us our drinks.

I had to wait to be seated even though there were only two other patrons in the restaurant. The tables were dirty and I had to eat on a dirty floor. I had to ask the waiter for menus, utensils, refills, and for the rest of our order. The service was slow and I had to constantly get the waiter's attention. There were children playing loudly and employees were also being loud, cuddling, and saying inappropriate things for a public place.

We waited in the front lobby for 10 minutes before being seated. Despite there being only 2 tables and the staff being in the back room, it took 15 minutes for someone to acknowledge us at our table. The service was terrible!

We went in with a group of 20. Because there were that many of us the service was a little slow. The food was good I had the Colorado Omelette and have no complaints.

Just lefted and they said our cook left and it just her and the Manger. They are only doing to go orders. They have 24 hour sign but close 11pm. We can't serve yall. HORRIBLE. How in the world they located on I-35 a busy highway and have this kind of service.
