The service and food at this restaurant are excellent, catering to all preferences. Whether I'm meeting friends for drinks or enjoying a family dinner, I visit this pub every day.

Had another amazing meal! The service was excellent, especially considering how hot it was today. The waitress, Sue, was very friendly and funny. Would definitely recommend this place.

I am a big fan of Adam Richman and his show Man vs. Food, and I have found a restaurant in South-east London that reminds me of the delicious comfort food featured on the show. The Yacht is a pub that is part of the Flaming Grill chain, known for serving generous portions of food at affordable prices. Their menu is focused on satisfying dishes like steaks and sizzling platters. They offer tempting starters like loaded baked potato skins with bacon, melted cheddar cheese, and sour cream or BBQ sauce. The portions are huge, leading up to a dessert like the triple chocolate waffle tower. They even have a "Flaming Challenge" that consists of two beef burgers, two grilled chicken breasts, spicy chili, bacon, onion rings, and lots of cheese - it's a monstrous meal that's not for the faint of heart. If you manage to finish it, they'll put your picture on the wall. You can also take on their flaming wings challenge with hot wings drenched in habanero chili sauce, or try their foot-long hotdog topped with chili, jalapenos, cheese, and served with chips and corn on the cob. The pub has a family-friendly atmosphere with a play area for kids in the beer garden and plenty of parking. Like most pubs, you order at the bar, and the staff are friendly and attentive. The Yacht is a great place to enjoy hearty and unexpected food at a great value.
