Savannah's Oyster House - BLOWING ROCK

Great food. A very pleasant surprise in Blowing Rock. I'm from New Orleans, So i decided to try the po boy. It is made with Leidenheimer bread, which is made in New Orleans. The food was SOOO GOOD. It really felt like a taste of home.

I have never had a bad experience here. My favorite thing on the menu is the shrimp and grits which is the best shrimp and grits anywhere. They also have really good hush puppies!

Loved this place. The tower for two was a huge amount of food and we ate until we couldn't eat anymore and still had two to-go boxes to take with us. Crawfish, muscles, sausage, shrimp, crablegs, corn, and potatoes. It was perfect!

The food was great. The only issue I had was the ant in my cup. The server was very chill about it and it took 15 minutes for him to bring me another water and take the ant away. I then started looking around. The window sill next to me had about 20 dead flies on it. The big window near the stairs had the same thing going on.

Fantastic atmosphere, food and the service was wonderful. Probably the best French fries we've had in a very long time! Great place to stop. I highly recommend.
