Fiesta Chicken - Boise

THIS place is a hidden gem. It wasn't until most recently that we all stopped here for a quick bite. Definitely some good chicken, and I will be coming back.

This place looks so run down but it's my absolute favorite for quesabirria with consome. Their creamy cilantro chicken taco is really good too. Some days/ times the food is better than others. I honestly prefer their birria over Antonio's- it just has more flavor, they are bigger and the consome is more flavorful. The other Boise location location seems cleaner with more consistent quality food but this one is closer to me .

Ordered the chicken taco salad. I wanted to like it as the chicken had a great BBQ flavor. However, the chicken was dry my dish was so oversalted I'm a salt lover that it was almost not edible. Maybe I'll give it another go try something else in hopes the salt content is not at a food preservation level.

Great food, great service, nice cashier. We ordered and didn’t even get to sit down as they already called our order.. SUPER FAST SERVICE ???

Presentation, food, taste was phenomenal! Unfortunately, the employee up front was rude and rolled her eyes at me because she couldn't understand English very well. She ended up calling another employee and made me feel super inconvenient, like I did something wrong. The employee who took over was even so pleasant.
