Food is deliciouss!!!!!!!! Kandence is the nicest employee ever he is a very kind hard worker service is great!!!!!!!!!

Very delicious and still hot when you get home bacon is crispy, meat is juicy and packed with flavor and the chicken tendies are great and not dry.

3 Stars It 's OK When entering the building, there was an odd smell. Not like a cleaning product or a rotting smell, just a smell that felt like stangnate air. Then, the ordering part. Love the options. Almost tooany options for a walk up ordering situation. But, the Double Burger was an obvious choice. (Noticed on a poster later that singles and triples are available on request. We ordered a Concrete and a Shake, along with fries for our burgers. Mom was amazed with her Shake; she said it was awesome . The fries were skinny, and they lacked a crispy exterior. The burger was done well, but just didn 't quite have that run down my arm juicy factor. Overall, a good meal, but not one I 'd rush back to. Cheers.

Freddie?s and I were both born in Kansas. I love the concept and think the food is always a notch or two above standard fast food. It?s made to order with quality ingredients. I wanted to share my experience today at the Freddie?s location in Boise. I had just gotten off a long plane ride from Atlanta and needed a late lunch. I pulled up to the drive thru and Austin introduced himself over the speaker with a voice that actually sounded like he wanted to be there. He took my order, read it back to me and greeted me at the window. Austin is one of those employees that make a brand. His soft skills?the ability to interact with courtesy and friendliness?were impeccable. I wanted to call his parents and tell them they should be proud of the son they raised. My food was fresh and tasty?but it was my brief interaction with Austin that made my visit to Freddie?s today memorable. I called the restaurant to talk to a manager and let Sarah (the manager answered the phone), who was also a superstar at customer service, know she had a winner on her team. Seems she already knew that, but she was glad to hear my feedback about Austin. ????????????????

Nice staff, good tasting food, but very dirty. Bathrooms were clean as we were the first to use them, but in the dining area and kitchen you could see grime everywhere you looked, and it smelled dirty. Will not be surprised if I get sick later.
