Papa Johns Pizza - Boise

The pizza is still decent, but the service has gone down hill massively since they started using DoorDash to deliver instead of their own drivers. Every time it is through DoorDash something inevitably goes wrong, be it order details or length of time.Currently watching my DoorDash driver's car sitting at the nearby Albertsons with my order in their vehicle. Assuming it is topick something up for their next delivery but still... that's my pizza sitting there getting colder and less fresh as we speak.

I was mentally exhausted after long travels to Boise. The young lady working with purple hair (I apologize I didn?t get her name) was very considerate displayed patience and absolutely made my day so much better with her kindness, compassion andunderstanding. Thank you!!!

Very upset and will never go back. We ordered 3 large pizzas. One cheese, two peperoni, and one order of breadsticks. It was over 60$. I pointed out the special that she had on the counter. 2 Large pizzas and soda for 22$. She told me she couldn't dothis deal because we got three pizzas. I said okay then we will do 4 pizzas. I can't do that because its one per person. I saidokay then my son will do one order. She quickly slide my card.

I've ordered a few times through Pap John's and something is always wrong with the order. This time, they completely forgot half the order and I now have to wait an extra 45 minutes for it to arrive (cold and not freshly prepared).

I made an order for delivery. It was getting late and my delivery hadn't arrived yet so I decided to check my security cameras. And the driver went to the wrong house. I have it all on film. And, of course, they are closed so I couldn't not call them. But,my neighbors didn't answer the door, and I could see the driver going back to his car with my order. My already paid fororder.. My question is why didn't they call me when there was no answer at the door? The wrong door..
