Congratulations Wendy's, you have forced me to write my first review ever! As a large local company in this area we spend a couple hundred dollars a month at this location. Every time I use the drive thru for two separate orders I am always told as long as its not over $20(which is a meal and a half these days). I went in there today for my team they said it again but their lobby was open. So I went into the lobby and now they wont take cash. So if its not a $20 limit, can't take a card or don't have buns which they are out of 70% of the time what else could it be! This location is the most miss managed fast food joint I've ever seen and for that we will taking our business elsewhere but If you like horrible food service maybe check them out you will probably get a kick out of it or leave mad like the rest of us!!
My friend and I walked into the restaurant around 10:35am. There were no customers in the lobby and a single car in the drive thru. We approached the counter to make our order. Not one employee spoke. Every single person in their kitchen just stared at us. After 10 seconds of standing there uncomfortably, we used the self-service kiosk.I don't usually write reviews but the entire situation was surreal. Children of the Corn employees
Pretty typical Wendy’s experience. We were going to a late movie and everything was closed except for Wendy’s and a few other places. I don’t usually do fast food, but swung in here for a bite to eat. Wendy’s burgers are probably some of my favorite. The food was hot and the employees were super nice considering we showed up 20 minutes before closing. Will be going back.
Went to the Overland location last night (approx 5pm) because it was conveniently nearby. There were a total of 3 cars in the parking lot and nobody in the drive-thru (This probably should have been my red flag since it 's dinner time for people and yet there are not any customers here but plenty at other dining facilities). I went through the drive-thru and had no issues with ordering. Problems occurred when the food was provided to me. Taking a quick look in the bag, things look fine, but once home and able to take everything out, I discover that the most expensive burger I ordered was not there. Also, I ordered several 6-piece nuggets and find that each only has 5. I paid for approx $12 worth of food that I did not receive.There is no reason fathomable to have an order so jacked up when there is nobody in the restaurant. It 's pure sloppiness and lack of care by the entire staff. It 's that old It 's a drive-thru order...They 'll be gone before they notice and then so what if we got it wrong attitude.Of course, I try to call to get this remedied, but nobody will answer the phone and I only get a voice mail message. So I leave a message to call me, but as of this post, no return call has been made. I will give a small amount of time to remedy the situation and then I 'm moving on to the corporate level.
