Customers with my colleagues for several months already, at 2 to 3 orders per month at least 40 to 50€, we have always appreciated the quality of this snack, the prices and the diversity of the menu. Unfortunately, last week, a human error is committed: exchange of our bag of sandwiches with that of another order. the number of sandwiches is certainly the same, but the size and price are much lower than what we ordered. Call the snack immediately to report the problem. after the manager's check, an error was made. the other customers who have recovered our order having already started eating and having only one hour of break at noon, we decide to eat what we had received by accepting an arrangement with the snack for our next order. Wednesday noon, new phone order, we signal this previous problem: "yes no worries, we will see on site for the settlement". we command, but re-launch the subject of compensation. “I have seen with my husband, we can offer you one of the menus” 7€ despite our fidelity and the volume of orders, we are offered a reduction of 7 euros unhappy. we decide to cancel the order, hoping to have an additional gesture. our interlocutor does not react and accepts the cancellation. We inform him of our discontent and we hear that the other customers have returned and have not asked for anything (at the same time they have received an order much higher than their previous week. and they would always have preferred to eat what they ordered. and we also understood. We have decided among colleagues, in common agreement not to put foot in this snack: very little personal consideration of the client, not error is human, we are very aware of it, but a certain question is required.
