Was there in the evening, also because of the good reviews. There was no service in sight. Had to get up and check on this one. It could happen, maybe she was busy at the moment. I have the veg. Ordered ravioli. Unfortunately, I didn't find the food particularly good. The taste was okay, but nothing more and unfortunately there wasn't much on the plate. The price is a bit too high for this meal. Sorry! Two stars deducted because I had to get up and go to the lady when paying. There were only guests at two tables apart from me and they had already finished eating and were still drinking their drinks. The owner of the restaurant is super nice and the food, including the starter, is really delicious. Price-performance is top Vegetarian options: There is a delicious selection of vegetarian dishes and there are also gluten-free and vegan alternatives. Kid-friendliness: The service is super friendly. Parking: There is a parking space on the adjacent street, about a 2-minute walk away. Wheelchair accessibility: The outdoor terrace of the restaurant is at ground level and is therefore accessible to wheelchair users. I gave it one star because unfortunately you have to give a star. 1. If you call yourselves Pasta Manufactory, then it cannot be that you only have 5 types of pasta. In Germany alone there are 100 different varieties and even 600 worldwide. So think again about your name. 2. I ordered Pasta Frutti di Mare and specifically said I didn 't want any mussels and would like fussili pasta with it. The first time I got spaghetti with mussels. I then revised the order and got the correct noodles, but again with mussels. When I repeatedly pointed out that there were mussels in there, there were several discussions and the waiter tried to play me for a fool. He argued that they weren 't mussels and that I was wrong. Instead of apologizing and offering me another alternative, there was a 10-minute discussion about the fact that I had ordered the food and had to pay. Is that how you treat customers? The saying: “the customer is king” seems foreign to you. Furthermore, the waiter himself had no idea what he was serving. He first wanted to make me believe that the mussels were supposed to be another fish and then he said it was squid. After several discussions, an agreement was reached and I received €10 of the almost €20 refunded. 3. The invoice is structured very strangely, everything is calculated individually. 4. If you advertise pasta, it should also taste good. The pasta was hard the taste was a 4/10. Previously we had exchanged ideas with other customers and they also claimed that the pasta was very hard. So this couldn 't have been an isolated case. 5. In summary, neither the pasta nor the service was good. So if you fancy pasta there are other restaurants down the street where the staff is a lot friendlier and where the food tastes a lot better too. We arrived quite late in the evening and the kitchen was actually already closed, but they opened it again especially for us. Super nice staff/owners who really do everything themselves. Starting with the pasta to the Bolognese, which is cooked for up to 30 hours. Of course, the quality is also top and not cheap meat from the discount store. Therefore, the price is also perfectly fine. I hope there is the right audience here to see and appreciate the performance! It would be a shame if the restaurant didn't last.
