Belcross Bake Shoppe - Camden

This charming family-owned eatery feels like home, where they genuinely care for every guest as if they're part of the family. I always look forward to Saturday breakfasts here. Today, they offered delicious orange and cranberry muffins that we couldn't resist taking home after our meal, which featured spicy sausage, crispy bacon, fluffy eggs, and a gigantic cookie. This place consistently exceeds my expectations, boasting the best buttermilk biscuits and enormous sweet potato biscuits. The portions remind you of what you'd get when visiting relatives. Plus, they make massive cinnamon rolls by hand every day, so big that they really should be shared. This is a hidden gem in Camden County and definitely one of my favorite spots.

Well, my fellow explorers, if you're traveling from the north or west to the Outer Banks, you absolutely must stop by for some freshly baked goods or a delicious sandwich. Grab a coffee or tea as you stroll along the street and enjoy the moment. When you reach the intersection of Route 168 and Route 34, take a right onto Route 158. Don't worry, you can loop back from Route 158 to Route 168. This bakery is conveniently located right next to the fantastic Peasant Market, perfect for those on a budget.

One of my favorite places to eat breakfast,the people here are awesome and will always treat you like family,the Friday blueberry biscuit is the bomb ,truly love these people and their hospitality

They also make hand-rolled cinnamon rolls every day that are so large, they really should be shared. It's a hidden gem in Camden County and one of my favorite spots!
