Buff's - Canyon

What a great little spot!! Man the food was hot and fresh, the burger (Mushroom with queso) was superb and my children loved the frits too! My husband had the Phillie (queso on the side) and said the meat was a great cut and tasty. The staff was nice and helpful with our nutritional needs. (Lactose intolerant, tomato allergies, small children, diabetes). Also the tea was fresh and the bathroom was very clean! Thanks for a great dinner on the street, 10/10 would be back!

Here after a WT campus tour. This place was worth the stop in Canyon. Burgers was made as I like, soft butter beans, fresh vegetables and pattie not over boiled or too thick. Everything was excellent. The best was fried cakes. I would highly recommend the pancake. Crawling on the outermost crust and soft throughout, sweetness is in the perfect area, not transferred or underwhelming, exactly right.

Yall need to eat here ! Best burger I have had in a long time. I had the Mushroom Queso burger and Hubby had Green Chili Cheeseburger. Big , fat juicy burgers with good flavors. Made fresh to order. The onion rings and fries were good and plenty of them on your plate. Small , laid back place with outdoor dining.

First time, the food was great and the employees were friendly! Got the Slopper burger, open face covered with pork green chile sauce and cheese. Peach fried pies.

This charming little diner has a lot to offer! You place your order at the counter, and then they bring it to your table. The interior is quite cozy, but I chose to sit outside on the terrace with my dog. The avocado plate was absolutely delicious, and the staff was very considerate, providing silverware and napkins since I had my dog along. It was fairly busy during my visit on a Saturday morning, even with the drive-thru window open.
