Capracotta Country Club

We arrived in this restaurant walking around the village after a night of storm with blocked cars. The outside seems anonymous, but crossed the door, inside is a sort of art / laboratory gallery of an inventor / bathroom and the eye blow leaves open. The spouses who manage it are two super hospitable people who love what they do and their territory. It is a final knowledge of wild herbs and local products. They have a bread made by them with mother yeast and mix of flours that is fantastic. The kitchen is genuine but with something special in each course, like the scamorza roasted with black cabbage or the ragù polenta with salamino. In short, we ate very well, accompanied by pleasant stories and a great wine. Everything is clean and well kept in order. Price suitable for food quality. It is worth a trip only to taste their dishes and get lost in the thousand achievements present in the room (big and hot at the right point).
