Panda Express - Carbondale

My daughter and I come here often when we are out and about. Noticed the last couple times that service and food have gone down hill. This last time, I asked specifically about the size of just an order of noodles. The girl told me how big a large and a medium were. Told her a large would be to big and that we just wanted a bowl of noodles instead of a large. They proceeded to charge me for the entire meal instead of just noodles. Then she told me that they could not refund me because it was my mistake not theirs. Even though I had made it very clear we only wanted noodles and no large. There is no reason they couldnt have made the change with the price. We won't be going back, ever.

The food is good. Service is slow but not bad. Friendly staff. I think it is pricey for what you get. Why order ahead if you still have to wait 20 minutes to get the order.

Crispy Shrimp, chow mein, and Crab Rangoon was delicious!!!

Staff is very friendly and attentive. Food was amazing and restaurant was very clean. Loved the dine in experience.
