Tequilas - Carbondale

This was my first time eating here. I learned about this place by picking up doordash orders there. I been wanting to eat there and this place was NOT a disappointment.

I get the enchilada supremas and rice every time I order because you cannot go wrong with this dish. Absolutely delicious every single time.

However, I do have a few minor suggestions. I would prefer if the jalapeños were chopped into smaller pieces instead of being in decent-sized rounds. Also, on my most recent visit, the cheese on my nachos wasn't fully melted; there was a small chunk left. Additionally, the shrimp and meats were a little bland on their own, although they were still enjoyable when combined with the other toppings. Overall, the Nachos Locos are a great choice if you enjoy a variety of meats, and I highly recommend adding the cilantro and pico de gallo.

The Burrito Fajitas were excellent and tasted very fresh. The peppers were crunchy, which is a clear sign of their freshness! Overall, it was a delightful meal.

The Fajita Quesadilla with extra grilled veggies is fantastic, and I absolutely love the Fried Ice Cream!
