Wendy's - Cayce

The woman at the drive thru slammed the window in my face as I was trying to ask for ketchup. When she finally opened it, the ketchup packets were sticky, and the lady was rude. The meat didn't even fill the bread.

Ordered a jr bacon cheeseburger, FF with cheese sauce and a coke. Very quick service and hot food. A plus when you?re on lunch break:

Pleasant staff. Came around asking how the food was and if there's anything we needed. Good food. Great to be able to dine in.

The drive-thru took much longer than I expected, especially since I was the only car in line. I ordered a medium #1 with sweet tea, but the tea had barely any sugar in it. Additionally, the hamburger patty was cold.

If you're looking for reliability, I can assure you that one out of three orders will likely be incorrect. The management seems to lack proper training for their staff. Sometimes I do receive a warm welcome, but it doesn’t make up for the ongoing issues. I've mentioned mistakes in my orders before, but now it’s simply frustrating. Wendy doesn’t seem to feel the need to apologize anymore.
