First of all, I LOVE OKINAWA SOBA! And I also love to eat Okinawa Soba with meet such as san-mai niku (three-layered pork , Sōki Soba (tender pork ribs , tebichi, (pork leg , and my favorite Nakami (pig stomach or as we call it where I am from -Chitterlings- . I have not found many places like this on the island that serve all four. Delicious!!
It was foreigner friendly since menu is written in English and they have lots of Pictures of the food in the menu so you will never have a hard time choosing.
I love Hamaya's food. They just have this original noodle and soup. Different from others. They have small size so I could order few different bowls or type.
SOOO DELICIOUS!!! No wonder this place has a queue everyday, their sobas are amazing. The meats just melt in your mouth, especially the pork feet, mind blowing good!!!
