Firebirds Wood Fired Grill Chattanooga

The baby back ribs were outstanding. My mom absolutely loved the Bruschetta Pasta dish. The grilled salmon was out of this world. The potatoes were likely loaded with butter because they were fantastic as well. The service from the waiting staff was exceptional. I will definitely return every time I'm in Chattanooga.

Always a good choice in our rotatation of dine in restaurants in Chattanooga. The host/hostess team's, server's and support staff are ALWAYS warm, professional and friendly. The management team, not so much. Never a smile, a thank you, or come again in 6 plus years. So thankful the rest of the staff and the food make up for the management team.

3 in our party had steak a Cajun Ribeye, a Aged Ribeye and a bacon wrapped, blue cheese Filet Mignon. They all were cooked right and the flavors were delicious. 1 in our party had the Seared Tuna Superfoods salad and that was delicious as well. Oh and the Lobster Spinach Queso is a must order!

I had to change my reservation number at the last minute, but Jordan was very accommodating and helped me out when there was a cancellation. I really appreciated her assistance. This is the best place to enjoy my lobster!

Food was delicious! Will definitely return. Menu has plenty of options for every taste.
