This place is just your typical dive, and that's actually a good thing. However, the bartender could use some more training.

Unfortunately, I found much of the staff to be outright rude. If I'm paying $6 for a shot of rum and half a can of Coke, I expect it to be served in a glass, not a plastic cup. The place might be okay for ordering a beer—though I don’t drink beer—but on several occasions, when someone bought a round for the house, the bartender completely ignored me and didn’t offer the complimentary drink that everyone else received. I’ve consistently left a good tip since I used to be a bartender myself and understand how crucial tips are. While the regular patrons are friendly, working-class folks, the main bartender and her boyfriend, the male bartender, were extremely rude to me. I came here hoping for a decent place to enjoy a drink and a burger, but aside from the tasty burger, I would advise against this run-down spot. Every Friday and Saturday night, there’s karaoke hosted by a well-meaning guy who unfortunately has no clue how to operate the PA system without blasting your ears. He tends to chime in on every few songs, but I have to mention that he’s completely tone-deaf and basically just shouts the lyrics. I have met a few wonderfully nice patrons during my visits, but overall, the staff's rudeness and inattentiveness are unacceptable. Unless there are significant changes, I won’t be returning anytime soon.

Ordered delivery, the order was WRONG! I ordered nachos loaded and the first ingredient is chili, it came WITHOUT chili. I called and spoke to the bartender, girl in the kitchen and the manager . None of them knew what to do.. the girl in the kitchen said she was training and didn 't know chili came on the nachos (she should have at least read the menue before she was on the line without someone checking her work. The manager was rude when I told him how displeased I was he said it was no sweat off his back and to be honest, that 's how little local places go out of business. When the staff doesn 't care about quality, patrons stop spending money and then the places flop. I will not spend another penny with them. If the manager had not been a j I would have at least given the place another chance before posting a review but since I won 't go there or order from there again, this is the impression they left... good job smh
