Mcdonald's #3342 - Chattanooga

I ordered lunch today for my husband through the mobile app. Paid for it online and sent him a screenshot with the confirmation information. When he arrived he was DENIED his entire meal because he didn't have my phone with him? Food that we had already paid for. The employees were rude, aggressive, and completely unprofessional. This has been reported via email, complaint filed through the mobile app, and corporate has been called. This is absolutely unacceptable and ILLEGAL. My husband works his ass off and not only was he denied the food that we purchased, spoken to like trash, but then wasted his entire lunch break dealing with BS and was unable to eat lunch at all. Inexcusable.

DO NOT Waste your money at This location!!! It is shown through the food that they Do NOT CARE!!! No Customer Service what so ever. I ordered the Sausage Egg McMuffin meal. I get home and my bottom Bread was frozen !!! I could not believe it!! I was too far away to bring it back. I'll never go there again!!! Don't Waste your hard earned money .

Today I went to this McDonald’s, let’s be clear this isn’t my first trip this McDonald’s. This happens every time I go to this McDonald’s, but today was substantially worse. I arrive to McDonald’s after placing my mobile order. I sit in the car after saying that I am here for 5 to 10 minutes because I know how this McDonald’s is. After about five or 10 minutes i go in and stand at the counter for 16 minutes with no one coming to the counter or acknowledging anyone at the counter. then a girl finally comes to the counter and ask what I needed. I told her I placed a mobile order about 20-25 minutes ago could you check on it. She said yeah sure. She then disappears for another 10 minutes then comes back with a bag that doesn’t even have my order in it. But it has my ticket number on it and she told me that was my order and that is what I ordered. I told her it most definitely was not and showed her what I ordered along with the number attached. She persisted to be hateful towards me for something she clearly couldn’t read. So I wait around for another 10-15 minutes before she finally brings me the correct order and just throws it on the counter. Then she turns around and just walks away as I’m asking her for a cup for my drink. She did not turn around and even acknowledge me so I walked back there and got my own cup. At that point I decided I wouldnt be back to this McDonald’s.

The employees were nice but the playground was discusting. My kids were both filthy coved in dirt by the time they got done playing. My daughters white socks were black when we left and my son's light green colored pants had black knees. So discusting. Don't think I'll ever let them play on a mcdonalds playground again , especially this one. They had fun but it was sooooo nasty. NEEDS A DEEEEEEEEEP CLEAN.

Why is the Lobby always closed???? No matter the time of morning. The people in drive thru are very slow and can barely comprehend an order. What is going on Hwy 153????
