Nazz's Pizza - Chester

Every now and then, you come across a small pizza shop that you've passed by countless times yet never really noticed. This is one of those places. When I finally made the decision to order takeout, I was pleasantly surprised—not just by how delicious the food was, but also by the beauty of the owner. We had a lovely conversation as well.

I was really happy that they delivered so late! Unfortunately, they were out of whole wings, but they called me promptly to discuss alternatives. They went through my entire order and offered replacements for the wings, making sure everything was correct several times. It was a bit frustrating that I didn’t receive everything I paid for, though. I called back today, and the lady I spoke to was very kind. After I explained that I was back home in Ohio and needed a proper refund, she quickly resolved the issue without any hassle. The food itself was fantastic! The large Philly cheesesteak pizza was loaded with meat! Despite the mix-up with my order, their excellent customer service and delicious food earned them 4 stars from me. If everything had gone smoothly, it would have been a full 5 stars. I’ll definitely order from them again if I’m in Chester!

Wow, the wings are delicious, but they are really spicy! She still enjoyed them, though. The pizza also comes out quickly.
