Server forgot half of everyone's meals. Soup was barely warm. Never checked back to refill drinks

Had to wait to get seated Restaurant was only 25 percent full, but everyone ignored us. Service was slow. Did not get a refill on coffee even though our waitress said she would get it. Manager was checking people out. I asked for a to go cup which I did get but it was cold. Not good. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch

I come in to get a carry out order just biscuit an gravy an he going to tell me the 30 mins the kitchen backed up crazy that's supposed to be ready all the time wow Service: 1
