The customer service was excellent, and the food was delicious! The manager and waitress were very helpful in explaining the concept of the ghost kitchen for the Mr. Beast burgers.

I walked in at 7:45 on a Sunday night and noticed only four tables with couples seated. It took seven minutes for one of the two servers to take our drink order. We ordered tea and water, along with two burgers. After waiting 25 minutes without our food, we became frustrated. I went to find the server to express our concern about the long wait. Ultimately, we decided to leave and won't be returning after our disappointing first experience at this restaurant.
